These are all components of OC Sports Performance's personal training programs. Whether you are a busy executive that needs some guidance to design the best program for your time constraints or an individual that has finally decided that you are going to put your health first, the Center has a program for you.
Our staff works along side physical therapists so they can also assist you if you are coming off of an injury and would like more guidance starting your fitness routine. We offer one-on-one personal training in individual sessions, 12 session packages, or a 3 visit program to place the client on a structured routine to continue on their own.
